Blank/broken pages
- If pages appear broken or you're unable to navigate to certain pages in the admin, ensure there is a PatientEngage account and website ID associated with the site. Look for this in Site Settings > PatientEngage.
Menus
- When you copy a menu from a different site, the individual menu items are still going to be referencing posts to the old site. You must remove and re-add the menu items in that menu.
- If a header has menu items but they don't appear linked on the live site, you need to re-add the menu item(s). Your menu items are referencing posts that don't exist on the current site.
- If a header has menu items but they are not synced to the menu you have created, your header menu is falling back to the 'auto menu' and your menu has not been properly assigned in the header menu settings.
